I bought this specifically so my kiddo can do abc mouse. That’s it. We aren’t big on electronics in this house but figured a tablet is easier than the computer. Well. This tablet isn’t the right one for the job. All it does is freeze and not work for abc mouse.... it keeps saying it’s not connected to the internet when it clearly is. I’m going to have to return. It’s just not good enough to keep up with what we needed it for. I’m sure for games and movies it would be fine, but as I said we don’t do that in this house. Excessive screen time is unnecessary.
Had to restart the thing during the initial set up and 3 minutes after that! Froze up multiple times. Wouldn't load anything. Super cute tablet though! Has lots of potential. Unfortunately already have it back in the box to return within 10 minutes of opening. I'm glad I tested it out before my daughters birthday.
*UPDATE*
I have received my replacement, and it's 100% better. Shout out to their customer service and tech team for reaching out and making things right. Great work.
